Patient Experience
What should you keep in mind after a clinic visit?
Following post-visit guidance, using medication correctly and keeping records help make healthcare more continuous.
Post-visit care is part of the treatment journey
After leaving the clinic, patients still need to monitor their body, use medicine as instructed and remember the follow-up time if scheduled. This step helps healthcare stay continuous.
Things to do after the visit
- Review medication instructions, follow-up schedule and doctor notes.
- Keep examination results, test reports and prescriptions.
- Monitor symptoms, especially if they worsen or new signs appear.
- Do not increase, reduce or stop medicine without guidance.
- Contact the clinic if instructions, results or follow-up timing are unclear.
When should you contact the clinic again?
If symptoms do not improve, unusual reactions appear after taking medicine or the patient is unsure how to monitor at home, contact the clinic for further guidance.
