Patient Experience
What should you prepare before a clinic visit?
A few small preparations before the visit can help patients describe their condition more clearly and avoid missing important details.
Better preparation makes the visit smoother
Before coming to the clinic, patients should spend a few minutes noting the main issue they want to discuss. Small details such as when symptoms started, pain level or medications already used can be very helpful during consultation.
What to bring
- Personal identification and contact information.
- Previous examination results, test results, imaging documents or prescriptions if available.
- A list of current medicines, including treatment medicines, supplements or supporting products.
- Notes about symptoms, when they appeared and related factors.
If you are not sure which specialty to choose
Patients can contact Minh Tam in advance for initial guidance on a suitable specialty or checkup package. This does not replace diagnosis, but it helps the visit be arranged more conveniently.
