FAQ
Short answers help patients prepare before contacting, booking or visiting the clinic. The content is practical and does not replace direct medical consultation.
Booking and contact
How can I book an appointment on the website?
Patients can click the “Book appointment” button on pages or go to the Contact page, scroll to the “Book appointment” area, fill in required information, choose a specialty, package and preferred time, then submit the form.
Is the appointment selected on the website already official?
The time selected on the form is the preferred time. After receiving the information, the clinic will contact the patient to confirm a suitable schedule based on actual conditions, medical staff and available time slots.
Can I change the appointment after submitting information?
Yes. Patients should call the hotline or submit a new request through the Contact page with their full name, phone number and preferred new time so the clinic can check and assist.
Why is the “Submit” button not enabled?
The “Submit” button is enabled only when the patient confirms they have read and agree to the privacy policy. Required fields such as full name, email, phone number, date of birth, package and appointment time must also be completed.
Before visiting the clinic
What should I prepare before coming to the clinic?
Patients should bring identification, contact information, current prescriptions, test results or recent medical records if available. If there are special symptoms, note when they appeared and how they changed for discussion with medical staff.
Do I need to fast before the visit?
Fasting depends on the examination or test. If unsure, patients should contact the clinic before visiting for guidance based on the package or expected indication.
Does the website provide diagnosis?
No. Website content is for reference and visit preparation only. Diagnosis, treatment or medication use must be based on direct examination and appropriate professional advice.
Should I book online if there are emergency signs?
Do not wait for online booking in an emergency. Patients should go to the nearest medical facility or call an appropriate emergency number immediately.
